What we do
The South East England Partnership Board is responsible for commissioning and implementing a regional strategy for the South East. The Partnership Board, Strategy Board and its delivery boards work closely with delivery partners, specialist advisory groups and stakeholders to produce an ambitious strategy based on a robust evidence base.
Important partners include the Government Office for the South East (GOSE), the Highways Agency, the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) and the Environment Agency. We also work closely with various stakeholder groups who hold an interest in the region and our work. These include social, economic and environmental groups who are represented by a Stakeholder Liaison Group.

Monitoring our region
In order to measure our progress we monitor and review regional planning policy and publish the information annually in the Regional Monitoring Report (RMR).
Sustainability
Helping to make sure development in the South East region is sustainable, and mitigates and adapts to the forecast effects of climate change.
