Consultation on the draft scoping report
Consultation on the draft Sustainability Appraisal (SA) Scoping Report ran from 18 February 2010 to 8 April 2010.
The SA is an integral part of the development of the new regional strategy (which will be known as the 'South East England Strategy'). It will help to ensure the strategy is sustainable by assessing its economic, social and environmental impact and how any negative effects can be mitigated.
The Scoping Report is the first of five stages in the SA process, and is divided into seven documents:
