The Partnership Board is made up of four members of the South East England Development Agency (SEEDA) and eight members of South East England Leaders’ Board (SEELB) – the executive committee of South East England Councils. The Board is chaired by Rob Douglas, chairman of SEEDA. Members of the public are able to attend meetings as observers but are not able to participate.
